Picnik Perfect

Last month hubby and I went our last big hurrah before the stork delivers our new bundle of joy in April. One item at the top of my to-do-before baby list is to compile our three week Central and South America trip into a photo book, either My Publisher or Blurb. Because I lack super photog skills I’ve started to work on touching up a few photos aka Auto Correct. Sadly, along with lacking in the pics department, I also fall a little short in the Photoshop arena.

That’s were my buddy Picnik comes in! LOVE me some Picnik! Best life/photo saver ever, in my point and shoot opinion. Picnik is photo editing awesomeness, online, in your browser. It's the easiest way to fix underexposed photos, remove red-eye, or apply effects to your photos.
Custom-made Effects, an awesome text tool with dozens of fonts, dozens of shapes, including seasonal shapes for holidays and events, a super customizable frames. Not to mention the touch up tools and new Advanced Editing tools. Best editing investment I’ve ever made!
Before After

Story behind these CRAZY kid photos... This afternoon, I thought I’d have a little fun with a scanned picture taken on our trip. This was taken while hubby and I were in Ecuador. We picked up the ‘Panama Hats’ earlier in the afternoon during our visit. After dinner we spotted the BEST photo opportunity ever, (how could you not agree?!) So we ran up to our room, changed clothes (to match), hubby grabbed my sunglasses, threw on a fake mustache and away we went. Pure awesomeness.

Ha, I love it! Those photos seriously crack me up! I've enjoyed reading about your trip and upcoming addition to your fam on your blog. Can't wait to see the goofy costumes you put your little guy in. :) Too fun!
