Whoa doggies it’s a busy, busy day (err…. week) for this kid.I’m gearing up and putting the final touches on afternoon BBQ for 504 tomorrow.
Made my list(s) and checkin’ it twice.

I believe you do event planning for work from the posts on your blog.
I have been asked by a friend who works at our University to help her with a dinner for students who were raised in foster care and need mentors, jobs, life skills, etc., and a local church that is interested in becoming involved. When I can finally retire from the grocery store that I work at, I hope to begin as a wedding planner so I am now spending time reading and researching about it but it is quite humbling as I have so much to learn. I do a table setting every year and I have a guideline in my head that I work from and it keeps things directed, organized and detailed. It is the only way I can function with all the pressure I put on myself to create a lovely luncheon table for the ladies that will sit there.
Anyways, do you have a checklist or guideline that you work from? If so how did you come up with it and is it possible to share with me? Or can you direct me where to seek info on this? I understand if this crosses professional lines but if you are able then any direction is much appreciated.
