Whooohooo!

Let the Easter fun begin. Yippee I say!

I was feeling a little bummed about the upcoming holiday…but today! Today I have a menu to plan, fun to scheme, eggs to decorate, glitter to throw, games to organize!

The sappy details - My sweet mama is one of those fortunate folks able to escape to the Seattle rain during the winter months and enjoy the Arizona sun. Because it’s be snowy in Seattle she opted to stay in the sunshine until May. Turkey! I was so sad to hear she would not be home to spend it with our little family (my lil’ sis, bro and law, and dear hubby).

But! Extended family to the rescue! My dear great aunt ask if I would host Easter. I’m absolutely thrilled! What I thought would be a quiet day of four has now turned into a rockin’ party of thirteen. Let the fun begin!!

Last year I ran the wheat grass, paper lanterns, candles and ribbon route. This year I think I’ll pull inspiration from this year’s Pottery Barn holiday collection and put a spin or two on this lovely…..

Looks like both you and I will be hosting Easter this year. Can't wait to see what you do! Pottery Barn always provides such great inspiration!
