Just 8,070 more feet...

To the top!

We are so blessed to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. {Maybe I'll a biased, born and bred Washingtonian}.

This weekend Jack and I covered some ground. A elevation gain of 2130', peaking out at 6,340' on Saturday {Mount Rainer's top is 14,410'}. And straight back down Sunday to sea level, pulled behind a boat on the beautiful shores of Lake Washington.

I introduced Jack to Spray Park, my most favorite hike. It's got it all, an amazing vantage point of the mountain, the majestic Spray Falls, a beautiful alpine meadow and fragrant wildflowers along the way. It was a wonderfully exhausting day!
